From  LINDEN x TWO

We are happy to offer another amazing coffee from the great people of the Sigri Estate in Papua New Guinea.  Peaberries are the result of a unique deformity that naturally occurs within coffee cherries.  While a normal cherry contains two seeds, a peaberry only has one.  They are much smaller in size, rounded in appearance, and are praised for their increased density and concentrated sugar content.  Peaberries make up only 6% of the coffee on the farm and are screened and double hand-sorted to ensure quality.  These beans produce a cup with strawberry sweetness, rich milk chocolate body, and a citrus finish.
